Mooncard raises $5.7 million for its expense platform

French startup Mooncard parent a $5.7 million fund round( EUR5 million) from Raise Ventures, Aglae Ventures and business angels. The company adds a service to track and manage your company’s overheads with the help of good old-time plastic cards.

Corporate credit card aren’t as widespread in France as in the U.S. and other countries. That’s why fintech startups have been trying to find a way to rationalize outlays for French startups.

Mooncard gives you get as many cards as you miss for your unit. Administrators can position different kinds of rules with various limitations and validation processes.

Every day you pay with your credit card, you get a text meaning with a relate. When you sounds on the link, you can take a photo of the receipt, include items and refer your expenditure. Your record unit can be found in outlays in real occasion and share reports with accountants.

Behind the backgrounds, business create a specific account for expenses and transcend up that accounting. Mooncard works with Wirecard for the banking integration.

So far, 1,000 firms are applying Mooncard, such as Air France, Vinci, Virtuo, Ledger and others. Companionships compensate between EUR1 3 and EUR1 5 per consumer per month, and Mooncard plans to have 200,000 useds within three years.
